Ring Size Guide
How to Measure Your Ring Size
Finding the right ring size is essential for a comfortable fit — snug enough to stay on, but easy to take off.

- Wrap a thin strip of paper or string around your finger
- Mark where it overlaps, then measure the length in millimeters (mm)
- Use the size chart below to find your size

Tips
- Measure at the end of the day when fingers are slightly larger for a more accurate size
- Smart Ring R10 is recommended to be worn snugly — a slightly tighter fit improves overnight monitoring accuracy
- If your measurement falls between two sizes, choose the larger size
